Join us for a 4-course Wine Pairing Dinner paired with 4oz each of two white & two red wines! Tickets are $65 per person (all food and alcohol are included in price)!

Come to Red Bird Bar and Grille on Tuesday, January 10th at 6:30 pm for a four-course meal paired with Terlato Wines! We have three wines from Federalist Winery that take pride in making bold, ambitious, unconventional American wines. They are changing the game by aging their wines in different styles of barrels for various amounts of time!!! We will also have a white wine from Two Oceans Winery located in Cape Point, South Africa. The climate’s warm temperatures and cooling sea breezes work together to create beautifully balanced grapes that translate into high-intensity flavors, and lively, delicious, and approachable wines. Here is the menu and the wine pairings for the 4-Course Wine Pairing event:
Course 1 – Starter: Winter Bruschetta – Two squash and parsnip bruschette layered with whipped ricotta and fried basil leaves. Topped with an olive oil drizzle.
• Paired with Federalist Chardonnay – Aged primarily in American and Hungarian Oak Barrels, with a little bit of French. The Hungarian Oak mimics French with a spicy character and the American Oaks round it out with a sweeter finish. Big oak backbone, rich fruit flavors, with a long, smooth finish.
Course 2 – Soup: White Italian Sausage – A creamy blend of Italian and chorizo sausage cooked with potatoes, fennel, and arugula. Topped with our house-made grilled cheese croutons.
• Paired with Federalist Bourbon BA Red Blend – Blended with Merlot, Zinfandel, and Cabernet. 35% aged in New Oak for 15 months. Additionally, aged in Charred Oak Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. Black fruit and caramel spiciness with a finish as smokey as it is smooth.
Course 3 – Entrée: Lobster Manicotti – Long pasta tubes stuffed with lobster, mascarpone cheese, and ricotta cheese. Baked in a spicy tomato sauce and finished with basil oil.
• Paired with Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc – A refreshing balance of bright, crisp, citrus, and lemon with subtle tropical fruit.
Course 4 – Dessert: Upside Down Tiramisu Cone – One tiramisu stuffed waffle cone dusted in cocoa and powdered sugar, with a crushed espresso bean-dipped rim.
• Paired with Federalist Bourbon BA Cabernet – Aged in Charred Oak Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. Smokey vanilla notes with a distinct berry aroma.
